Note: The release on October 26 was postponed and thus changes from last week (Cortico 4.9) will also be released on November 2, 2020.

  1. (Beta) Cortico browser extension: installing our Firefox extension will add a button to go to a Cortico video appointment from the appointment window in Oscar.
  2. Updates to the appointment booking page:
    1. Improvements to the Pharmacy picker—the search will start after at least 3 characters have been entered, and will search the pharmacy name and address. Fixed a bug where search results were being limited to 10 results.
    2. Added more places where the clinic can display a secondary clinic name/email/contact info throughout the booking process.
    3. In the new patients page, a new message was added if the clinic has no services available to new patients: "We are not accepting new patients at this time. If you have been here before, please check if your information was entered correctly and try again. Click here if you want to find a walk-in clinic." (links to https://cortico.ca/patients)
  3. Updates to the Clinic Settings page:
    1. Help text has been changed to blue (information) alerts instead of yellow (warning).
    2. Added the option to configure locums in the doctor settings.
  4. When a new clinic is created, the default patient agreement policy text now references the clinic's province instead of defaulting to B.C. In addition, Ontario clinics now specify "Ontario Health Insurance Plan (OHIP) and version code" instead of "Personal Health Number" in the patient agreement policy text.
  5. Updated the "Confirm or Cancel Appointments" page to use the new Cortico branding.
