1. Clinic Settings page updates:
    Added settings for Oscar Appointment Status Codes 
    Settings> General> Advanced Settings
  2. Updated the branding/styling of the Staff Sign In page.
  3. Updated the message in the family doctor workflow that is displayed when the patient has no assigned doctor to use the workflow name instead of "family doctor". ("You must be assigned to a family doctor in our clinic..." to "You must be assigned to a [Workflow name] in our clinic...")
  4. Added hyphens to the patient's inputted phone number if it is 10 digits long (e.g. formats 1234567890 to 123-456-7890).
  5. We now set the booked appointment status for out of province patients in Oscar to the same status used for private-paying patients, in order for clinics to flag these patients more easily for billing purposes.
  6. Added a link to the telehealth setup instructions in the confirmation email after a patient books a video appointment.
  7. [Backend] Added a 30 second timeout to all HTTP requests to Oscar APIs.
