Updates to the booking process:
1. If a patient was unable to book an appointment because someone else booked the timeslot right before them, we now redirect them back to the second page (where their PHN/DOB has already been entered) instead of the very first page.

2. For new patient signups, we autofill their email in Step 3 of the New Patient Form because they already entered it at the beginning of the process.

3. Changed "x dates available" in the booking options page to text indicating how soon the doctor is available. (The options are "Available today", "Available tomorrow", "Available this week", "Has available dates", and "No available dates".)

4. Added more options ("Available today", "Available tomorrow", and "Available this week") for doctor availability in the dropdown to select a doctor.
