If you're on this page, you likely wish to request a change in how Cortico works. This is a guide to help process your request as efficiently as possible.

Cortico is quite flexible in supporting many healthcare workflows and allows many changes to be made from the settings interface. However, not everything can be changed this way.

Your Feedback Is Critical To Us

First off, we want to thank you for taking the time to provide feedback to Cortico. It will be considered monthly alongside the hundreds of other pieces of feedback as we plan out our future roadmap. Generally, the most popular and highly funded requests will be prioritized first. Feature Selection Process
 
Every month, Cortico reviews all the feedback from clinics and identifies the highest impact features to work on. To summarize this process.
  1. We measure usage data of previously released features, so we can always be improving our process and learning to increase our positive impact.
  2. If there is a budget available from the party making the request, the feature may be expedited. (apply here)
  3. We assess the impact in total provider and staff time savings, and choose the features which are expected save the most human time overall.
  4. Items that 10 or more practices have requested are usually worked on.
We have a feature request board where you can add your requests for our team to review. You can also view other clinic's requests and upvote them if you feel that your clinic would benefit from it too. Our team will review all of the requests on the board and decide which requests will be the most significant to all clinics to implement. (Note that you will need an upvoty account to add requests)
